With 19 years of teaching experience, I focus on proper alignment to ensure every movement is both safe and effective. My classes seamlessly blend building functional strength with deep flexibility, helping you find that sweet spot between effort and ease. PYF Lives here
PYF is my women-centered yoga practice, built on 18 years of teaching experience and a deep foundation in anatomy, alignment, and nervous system care. I am an E-RYT 500, and my work is informed by years of teaching athletes, active adults, women, and individuals recovering from injury.
My approach to wellness is also shaped by my background as a certified wardrobe stylist through FIT in New York City— because how we move, dress, and show up in our bodies all matter. Feeling good isn’t just about strength or flexibility; it’s about confidence, comfort, and self-trust in everyday life.
PYF is designed for women who want to move intelligently, feel supported, and stay consistent without pressure.
