My approach is built on 18 years of teaching experience and a deep foundation in anatomy, alignment, and nervous system care. As an E-RYT 500 yoga instructor, my work is informed by years of training athletes, active adults, and women navigating changing bodies and injury recovery.

Beyond the mat, my perspective is shaped by my background as a certified personal trainer and certified wardrobe stylist (FIT, New York City). I believe that how we move, how we dress, and how we show up in our bodies are all connected. Feeling good is about building confidence, comfort, and self-trust in your everyday life.

Hi! I’m Megan Ballard. I’m a yoga teacher, mom of two, creative, and lifelong learner who believes wellness and joy don’t have to compete.

I’ve spent nearly two decades teaching yoga while building a full, real life. Spending my time raising a family, creating traditions, traveling, and learning how to care for my nervous system through every season. I’ve learned that movement, style, and community aren’t separate pillars; they are the threads that sustain us.
